FAQ

 

1. Where is Summit taking place?

Summit is taking place at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort in the charming Texas hill country, just outside of Austin. The Summit room block is near capacity. To check remaining room availability send an inquiry to summit@een.com.

Summit will open at 6 PM CT on Sunday, November 5th, and run through 3 PM CT on Wednesday, November 8th including the bonus track sessions.

2. What is the cost of Summit and what's included?

The limited-time early bird rate is $799 through October 6th ticket prices increase to $999 after that. Registration includes the Summit conference fee, all sessions, food, beverages, and entertainment. It does not include your hotel stay.

3. When should I plan to arrive and depart Summit?

You should plan on arriving at the Lost Pines Resort between 3:00 - 5:00 PM CT on Sunday, November 5th. The Opening Welcome Reception will begin Sunday evening at 6:00 PM CT. For departure, Summit will end on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 8th at around 3 PM, including the bonus track sessions.
 

4. What airport should I fly into?

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort is 20 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You can easily take a taxi or ride-share transportation to the resort. 

Important
For departures from the resort to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, taxis, and ride-share companies do not typically service this area so we will provide a free rotating shuttle service on Wednesday, November 8th to Austin Bergstrom. 

For departures taking place before or after Wednesday, please refer to the paid transportation services that can be arranged via the resort concierge.
 

5. Are there provisions for dietary restrictions?

Yes, you can indicate your dietary needs during the registration process.
 

6. What are the COVID protocols?

We will follow the guidance of the CDC and the local county. If you feel unwell or test positive for COVID we ask that you do not travel to Summit.
 

7. Can I bring a companion?

Yes. During registration, you will have the opportunity to add a Companion Social Pass to your registration for $250. 

Companion Social Pass includes:

  • Welcome reception on 11/5
  • Dinner on Monday, 11/6 and Tuesday, 11/7
  • Summit hosted entertainment and recreational activities
